Steps

  1. Click on the “TEAMVIEWER LOGO” wording to initiate the download.  If you are unable to open the link RIGHT-CLICK on the TEAMViewer button and select SAVE TARGET AS
  2. Run the downloaded program.  Some browsers may require you to download and run or save the program and then run.  In some cases the program will be located in Downloads Folder.  The program name is TeamViewerQS.exe
  3. After you have opened and are running the program, please give the 9-10 digit number and “PASSWORD” to us by calling our Tech Support Line 905-684-3225
  4. Keep the TEAMVIEWER program window opened during the session and do not close it.
